Join pianist, drummer, producer and Jazz composer, Koosha Hakimi, featuring Adelia Young, for a night of Dim Sum and Jazz at Golden Island Dim Sum in Mira Mesa!

Versatile, creative, fresh, and innovative, Koosha is a very talented and accomplished working musician. He started playing piano at age six and then picked up drums around eleven years old.

Koosha graduated from UC Irvine in 2018 with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Drums performance where he studied under professional musicians such as Jason Harnell (Maynard Ferguson), Kei Akagi ( Miles Davis) and Darek Oles (Brad Mehldau) to name a few.

He has been performing with local legends in San Diego and has experience performing on cruise ships entertaining guests.

He is currently in San Diego composing, performing, and teaching full time privately and on zoom under the name.
